1. We request that we be contacted within 48hrs of you receiving your order to notify us that a refund is requested. 2. We must be contacted by calling 07 5531 6511 or by email. 3. Products that have been opened cannot be returned. 4. Reasons for return must be genuine. If you change your mind or do not like the flavour this does not constitute a valid reason for returning a product. 5. We are open for business 7 days per week and can be contacted Monday-Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm. Sundays and public holidays we are open 9:30am-4:30pm. 6. If a return is authorised we will organise for the product to be returned and we will either have a replacement product dispatched or will refund you for the portion of order that is being returned. 7.
